A long-term investment gives the opportunity to become a shareholder of the project and earn as the owner of high-yield real estate (hotels, office buildings). At the same time, it allows you to reduce the risk and does not require involvement in the implementation process or having an expert
knowledge of real estate, investments and hospitality.

Long-term investment is intended for people who want to earn income from the purchased property for a long time. Through shares in the company, the Investor becomes a co-owner of the property purchased at an attractive price. After completion of the renovation and interior finishing stage, the Investor profits from a long-term lease agreement. Renovation of the property increases its value already at the stage of its completion and gives the possibility of safe capital investment combined with a profitable investment. Interest is paid quarterly. Exit from the investment is possible after the time specified in the contract. Then the entire paid-in capital is paid out. The possibility of exiting the investment is guaranteed by a provision in the articles of association.
