Long-term investment is intended for people who want to earn income from the purchased property for a long time. Through shares in the company, the Investor becomes a co-owner of the property purchased at an attractive price. After completion of the renovation and interior finishing stage, the Investor profits from a long-term lease agreement. Renovation of the property increases its value already at the stage of its completion and gives the possibility of safe capital investment combined with a profitable investment. Interest is paid quarterly. Exit from the investment is possible after the time specified in the contract. Then the entire paid-in capital is paid out. The possibility of exiting the investment is guaranteed by a provision in the articles of association.
