The Short-Term Investment is intended for people whose investment horizon does not exceed several years. Through shares in the company, the Investor becomes a co-owner of the property purchased at an attractive price. After completion of the renovation and interior finishing stage, the building is sold and the Investor receives a return of the paid-in capital along with the profit.
